Zen Combat School Ltd is a family run martial arts centre, catering for all disciplines and forms of Martial arts and Fitness. We are partnered with a Massage and Sports Training Centre right next door. Jason our Owner, is also a level 4 Ofqual qualified Teacher and trainer, Level 4 Sports Injury, Massage, Dry cupping and dry needling trained, and more. Our school accepts students from the age of 3 years old. We aim to give you the best and to help you along your Martial arts path whether its just training, gaining a belt or learning to go into the ring or cage.

Zen Combat School Ltd is led by a team of certified martial arts instructors and founders who are passionate about teaching martial arts to students of all ages and skill levels. Our instructors have years of experience in various martial arts disciplines and are dedicated to helping students achieve their fitness and martial arts goals. We are DBS, First Aid, qualified Coaches up to Ofqual level 4 qualification in Teaching and Training. We are not just a team of martial artists, ex fighters, we are a family with family values to all our members. Delivering 1st Class classes but always aiming to give more.
